The Art of Self-Defence is a course of video demonstrations made to teach children and adults the ability to face aggression and bullying in a none aggressive manner.
Ideal in an Educational setting or at home, you can learn to move and react in such a way as to throw off your opponent.
Younis has the remarkable ability of explaining and demonstrating that is ideal for quick and simple learning, ideal for children of all ages.
